1.以虚拟现实技术实现电力线路跨越场景模拟。场景由远及近分为：电力线路跨越全景（首页）页面、单塔页面（横担、监测仪、主要被监测线路设备1:1完全3D建模）、单设备页面。

2.自动漫游巡视：实现从底部到塔头、监测设备、部分导线/绝缘子/金具的整体自动漫游。

3.手动巡视：在三维场景中通过鼠标或键盘操作巡视线路，进行视角旋转，上下左右行走，缩放等。
